Our services include, but are not limited to: humanitarian trip programs (including the Return 2 Honor program), volunteer coordination, fundraising campaigns, donation processing, and educational content related to international service.

All donations made to Voluntour Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Voluntour Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN available upon request).
Donations are used to support Voluntour's humanitarian programs and operations. We do not guarantee that donations designated for a specific project will be applied exclusively to that project, unless a formal restricted gift agreement is executed.
Fundraising campaigns, including personal fundraising pages, are subject to the terms of the fundraising platform used (e.g., Zeffy, GoFundMe). Voluntour is not responsible for funds raised through third-party platforms until they are transferred to Voluntour accounts.
Participation in Voluntour trips and programs requires completion of an application, agreement to any program-specific terms, and payment of applicable fees. Trip fees cover program costs, logistics, and ground transportation; international airfare is not included unless explicitly stated.
Voluntour reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule trips due to safety concerns, force majeure, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, Voluntour will work with participants regarding refunds or alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents (passport, visa), required vaccinations, travel insurance, and personal airfare. Voluntour may provide guidance but is not responsible for denied entry, travel disruptions, or medical situations arising from inadequate preparation.
Voluntour connects volunteers with humanitarian projects. Volunteers participate at their own risk. Voluntour is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, loss of property, or other incidents occurring during volunteer service, whether on or off a formal Voluntour program.
Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with the cultural norms and expectations of the communities they serve. Voluntour reserves the right to remove any volunteer from a program for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or contrary to our mission.
