Celebrate graduation by serving! Join our 12-day senior graduation service trip to the Dominican Republic, departing from Boise. Build a home alongside a local family with TECHO in Santiago, teach and play with students at a youth development program in Puerto Plata, and help deliver food to local families — with optional adventures like the 27 Waterfalls of Damajagua, Monkey Jungle zip lines, and Playa Dorada beach. Price TBD — discounted for young adults, with excursions priced as optional add-ons. Draft itinerary; flights not yet booked and details may shift. If you are interested in helping us establish a new service opportunity, please reach out to us! We can discuss with you the general outline of the humanitarian trips that we want to organize. This includes researching organizations in those areas, establishing working relationships with them, and determining how we can work together. Depending on the location, we often prefer an exploratory trip first to strengthen those working relationships, scout out other activities, identify methods of transportation for groups, and to establish room and board preferences.
